'I'll Be Home for Christmas' is Karen Clarke's third book in the French Café series, however it can be read as a standalone novel.
I really enjoy Karen's books, often written in trilogies, where the reader is able to visit locations and feel as they are part of the community and meet old and new friends with each new book.
'I'll Be Home for Christmas' is a cosy and heart-warming story that will give the reader a festive feel. There are moments of humour throughout the story and I really wanted to Nina to get her happy every after ending as I followed it grow and develop throughout the book.
